There were also special talk segments, namely Heroines at the Frontline featuring how female guests like Joyce Chin and Mirka Andolfo made a name for themselves in the male-dominated comic industry, as well as Talking Comics, The Past, Present and Future, a panel discussion on how comics have been adapted into new media forms, and how these changes affect the comic artists and the comic industry.
